Learn More About The Desert Symphony

The Desert Symphony was founded in 1989 in Palm Desert, CA to bring professional orchestral concerts to the desert cities. We are a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization comprised of the best musicians, virtuoso soloists, principal players, and recording artists in the area. 

We offer a series of pops concerts, recitals, and special events with programs of musical and artistic excellence that entertain, educate, and engage the audience. Our symphony musicians are selected for their individual as well as their ensemble skills. Our season is comprised of five pops concerts featuring  popular, high-end entertainment.

Our annual fundraising gala features a superstar headliner performing with the full Desert Symphony Orchestra.  This elegant evening raises the funds needed to further music education  through our Children’s Music Discovery Series.
